Donate to Oliver's Eagle Scout Beach Bike Rack Project
Donation protected
My name is Oliver Hughes and I am a Life Scout with Troop 1 on my journey toward achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest honor in Scouting. To achieve this rank, I am organizing a service project that I am deeply passionate about, and I need your support.
For my Eagle Scout project, I have chosen to build a bike rack at the local state beach for the Junior Lifeguard program. This project aims to provide a designated area to provide security for kids' bikes and e-bikes while participating in the summer program. I am honored to be able to give back to the Junior Lifeguard Program as I too was able to receive the benefits from such a rewarding community program. This permanent bike rack serves a purpose for beachcombers all year and will have a positive impact on the environment and on individual health. With the help of volunteers and community members, I am excited to bring this vision to life.
However, to successfully complete this project, I need to raise $1000 to cover the costs of materials, tools, and supplies. That’s why I’ve set up a GoFundMe campaign to help fund the project. I would be incredibly grateful if you could support this effort by donating to the campaign. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a significant difference.
You can donate directly through my GoFundMe page here.
Your support will not only help me achieve my goal of becoming an Eagle Scout but will also leave a lasting positive impact on our community. Thank you for your generosity and for considering this request. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions about the project or how your donation will be used.
Sincerely,
Oliver Hughes
