Hello friends and family,

Our family is asking for your help during this tough time. A little over 6 months ago, we lost our father/grandfather Txawj Pov Xyooj and our family is still grieving from the loss. On November 17th, our sister/aunt Ntxhoo Xyooj (lives in Thailand) lost her husband, Me Lauj in Thailand. He was the primary provider for their family of 7 children, who range from ages 1 to 18. With all her siblings and their eldest son living in the U.S., his passing has become overwhelming for her and their children.

For the past 2.5 years, Ntxhoo and her family have endured hardship after another, yet she has remained incredibly strong and resilient. In September 2023, while pregnant, she was involved in a tragic car accident that left her with a severe traumatic brain injury, resulting in long-term disability. In June 2024, just weeks later after giving birth to their youngest, her husband suffered a major stroke and has been recovering since.

On November 12th, he became suddenly ill and was rushed to the hospital, where we learned his gallbladder had burst. We prayed he would recover and return home to his wife and children. In just five days, we lost his smile, his laughter, and the warmth he brought to every person privileged to meet him.

All funds raised will go directly to Ntxhoo to help with their basic household needs, ongoing care for their children, and a sense of stability during this devastating time. Donation in any amount will make a meaningful difference and help their family get through this dark chapter of their lives.
