Noel is a loving mother, grandmother, friend, and well-loved by all that have ever met her, even if it was just a brief moment to serve you a beer. In July of 2024, Noel was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. She is facing many adversities during this time, including the loss of her vehicle to transport her to and from cancer treatment.
