Hi, I’m Na’Zyia, and I’m starting a project called Self Care by Na’Zyia.

I’m 14 years old and entering 9th grade at Bard Early College High School, where I’ll graduate with both a high school diploma and an associate degree. I care deeply about health, science, and helping others, and this project is my way of giving back.

Self Care by Na’Zyia provides free hygiene kits to families and youth who are going through tough times. I know that when people are juggling urgent needs—like housing, food, or school—hygiene can fall to the bottom of the list. I want to help take that stress away, so they can feel clean, confident, and cared for.

Each kit includes items like toothpaste, shampoo, pads, lip balm, body wash and lotion, and a handwritten affirmation note.

My goal is to raise $700 to build and deliver 100 kits this fall.

Every $5 helps one person feel fresh and supported.
