Help me climb for Mental Health.

In the summer I will be hiking over 100km in the Alps with over 8,850m of elevation (the height of Mount Everest), taking my journey via the Matterhorn in Switzerland, and ending at Bella Tola.

For many people who battle mental health conditions, every single day can feel like an impossible climb. Yet, they keep going.

As someone who has seen and felt the impact of serious mental health issues first hand, I know we need to do better for everyone affected. I care so deeply about supporting those facing mental health challenges and illnesses. Whilst often it feels a bit helpless and hard to know what to do, I believe that, right now, one way I can support people is by helping to fund research for treatments and aid across the world.

This is why I’m raising money for MQ Mental Health Research, a charity dedicated to funding groundbreaking studies that lead to better treatments and support for those who need it most.

Every single donation, big or small, helps fuel this vital research and brings us a step closer to a world where mental illnesses are better understood and better treated.
