As many of you know, Melissa is starting law school this August in San Diego. After overcoming some of the hardest challenges life could throw at her, shes finally stepping into this next chapter and chasing her dream of becoming an attorney who is committed to giving back to her community.

Unfortunately, while this opportunity is a dream come true, the cost of tuition, housing, books, and other expenses has created a financial challenge that we cannot meet alone. We are asking for help in raising funds to help make this transition a little smoother. As a first-generation college graduate, she doesn't have a safety net to fall back on. she has always worked hard and made things happen on her own. But this time, we're asking for a little help from our community to get her through this big leap.
