Help Free Our Palestinian Brother Detained by ICE

We are reaching out with heavy hearts and an urgent plea to help a beloved brother majed injas from our community who is currently being detained by ICE in West Virginia.

A few years ago, his Green Card was revoked. Now, despite having lived and built his life here, he finds himself trapped in an impossible situation: because he is Palestinian, there is no recognized country willing or able to take him back. His fate hangs in limbo, and every passing day brings more uncertainty and fear for what may come next.

This brother has always been known for his kindness, humility, and dedication to his family and community. But now, he is alone, detained, and in desperate need of our help.

The cost of legal representation is overwhelming—lawyers’ fees are expected to exceed $10,000, and without proper legal defense, he faces indefinite detention or deportation to an unknown fate.
