Temperatures have been in the 100's & we have been experiencing back to back heatwaves with tempratures reaching 118°. We need your help in purchasing coolers, water & ice for unsheltered folks!
O'odham Jeved (Phoenix, AZ) is known to have record breaking temperatures during the summers. Now, imagine living on the streets in this excruciating summer heat.
Help us help the unsheltered folks by unpacking the stigmas of being houseless, informing yourselves, acknowledging houseless folks & by donating to our efforts.
Needed essentials include: coolers, water (by the gallon), electrolytes, ice chests, snacks, oranges & hygiene products.
Throughout the summer, we give & replace numerous water coolers w/ about 100-260lbs of ice & several gallons & cases of cold water in a day.
