Hi everyone,

I’m starting this fundraiser with my friend, Stephanie, and her incredible family, who run an amazing taco stand next to my house! For months, they’ve been serving up food five nights a week, working side-by-side as a family, to support themselves and bring delicious food to their community.

Recently, they were unexpectedly forced to leave the location where they’ve been setting up their stand. The property owners no longer allow vendors there, and they lost the spot they depended on to run and grow their business. To secure a new location, they need help covering the costs of permits, insurance, and setup fees. These expenses are urgent and overwhelming, and without this support, their business is at risk.

I know that with a little help from our community, they can bounce back stronger than ever. If you’ve ever enjoyed their tacos, admired their work, or just believe in supporting small family-run businesses, please consider donating. ¡Hola a todos!

Estoy organizando esta colecta junto con mi amiga Stephanie y su increíble familia, quienes tienen un puesto de tacos delicioso justo al lado de mi casa. Durante meses, han trabajado como familia sirviendo comida cinco noches a la semana para sostenerse y compartir su comida con la comunidad.

Recientemente, los obligaron a dejar el lugar donde montaban su puesto. Los dueños del terreno ya no permiten vendedores ahí, y lamentablemente perdieron el espacio del que dependían para operar y crecer su negocio. Ahora necesitan ayuda para cubrir los costos de permisos, seguro y gastos de instalación en una nueva ubicación. Estos gastos son urgentes y difíciles de cubrir sin apoyo.

Estoy segura de que, con un poco de ayuda de nuestra comunidad, podrán salir adelante más fuertes que nunca. Si alguna vez has probado sus tacos, admirado su esfuerzo, o simplemente crees en apoyar a pequeños negocios familiares, te invito a hacer una donación.
