Donate to Kate and Jay for Addy's Recovery

On April 15th, Kate and Jay Collins’ 3 Year old daughter Adelaide, was hurt in a freak accident in a park in South Philly, when a tree branch fell on top of her. Thanks to the swift action of Kate, Jay, Addy’s god parent Gina, and a few bystanders, she was stabilized and taken to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where she spent three days in the ICU with a concussion, skull fracture, and 3 staples. Addy was released today (April 23rd). This traumatic event was not only scary for their 3 year old, but emotionally and financially taxing for the family. Addy is expected to recover 100% and is gettin better quickly but still has a long road to recovery.
