Justin Hale Tiffany's Medical Treatment and Recovery
Donation protected
Justin Hale Tiffany, my brother, a combat veteran, and a first responder needs our help. I, Johne Ryan Tiffany, am asking for his sake, for my birthday, for Christmas, and for the New Year for your contribution to benefit my brother. He is undergoing medical treatment, which is not being covered by Veteran’s assistance, nor by his now former employer. This treatment is both costly and lengthy. I am asking for funds not only to assist with covering this treatment, but also to help get him back on his feet upon its completion.
My brother served with honor and distinction in the United States Navy. He was at one point in BUDS training to become a Navy Seal. During rock portage training on the west coast, he was crushed between a boat and the rocks of Coronado which ended his run at that branch of service. He later found himself posted on the USS Nimitz, which was stationed at Virgina Beach on September 11th, 2001. The cover photo is from the Nimitz steaming around the Cape of Good Hope on its way to California to receive armament and be deployed to the Middle East. He was wearing a harness and clipped into a deck cable as the ship was navigating seventy-foot seas.
My brother became a Naval Corpsman and served as a helicopter combat medic aboard the USS Nimitz. He put boots to sand in Iraq. While I do not know most of the details of my brother’s service, I do know that he sacrificed a large part of himself on the other side of the world for our country and for his brothers and sisters in arms. He returned from war and has never been the same. He left a large part of himself on foreign soil and has never gotten it back.
After serving in the military, my brother continued his service as a paramedic in California for many years. He returned to Missouri in advance of our mother’s passing, after which, his latest service was as the head of security at a large hospital. For decades, he has consistently shown up on the worst day of many people’s lives and worked to make things better. He has administered first aid, labored to keep people alive, and to keep people safe. He has experience trauma, combat, and death in the name of service to others. And this service has taken its toll. I am asking for help now to pay some of that toll back.
Please consider donating to Justin to assist in covering his medical expenses and to aid him in starting the next chapter of his life once his treatment is complete. I love my brother, am immensely proud of him, and sincerely hope that you will take this into serious consideration.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration of this matter which has weighed heavily on my heart for some time. God bless.
