Julie was the life of the party, the light of every room. Right after 4th of July, 2023, Mom began presenting symptoms of vertigo. After research, we learned that vertigo was caused by anemia and other factors. Once she began to feel better she had pretty intense stomach issues which were similar to those of food poisoning. Julie is someone who had a consistent diet of whole foods and high levels of nutrition. She knows more than 99% of humanity (at least I think so) about cells, bodily functions, viruses, healing, health and vitality.

As a family, we found it odd that she was "under the weather" for so long, but thought - this too shall pass. She sought further testing and screening and has been diagnosed with stage IV colorectal cancer.

We now know that the vertigo, anemia and stomach issues were warning signs. Mom is the first warrior I've ever known and we all know she's going to beat this moment in time with style, grace, positivity and love because that is just who she is.

Mom chose to not undergo chemotherapy and instead opted for a more natural treatment plan. This plan was 100% out of pocket and due upon arrival. All funds raised will support her treatment and travel directly.

Mom won her battle on October 6 and her legacy will live in our hearts forever.
