Hi My name is Terry Mapes,

On October 9, 2025, my brother Joshua E. Marcomb was involved in a devastating accident that left him with serious injuries. He currently has no use of the entire left side of his body, and the right side is healing from five fractured ribs. He’s already undergone major surgeries and may need another one on his ankle. In the coming weeks, Joshua will be confined to a wheelchair, with a full recovery expected to take anywhere from 6 to 12 months.

Joshua is a devoted father of three young children and was the primary provider for his family through physically demanding work. Due to the severity of his injuries, he’s unable to work, and it’s uncertain whether he’ll be able to return to his previous line of work at all.
