Help Josh (LM-Shailei) with new baby and things.

Hello. My name is Josh. I'm an expat living overseas in Thailand trying to support my growing family. I live with and support my girlfriend and her two nieces, and I also have two sons. One is 16, and the other was just born over a month ago! I could use a little support with things like diapers, groceries, and some bills. Most of their needs are met, I just want to make sure that everything is taken care of and that there's a buffer in case of emergencies. I don't need much as the economy I currently live in is a bit more forgiving than others, but anything will indeed be helpful and you'll have my sincerest gratitude and appreciation!

In all honesty my biggest concern is maintaining my visa status. The ultimate goal is to have a long-term visa, but for now I have to do what I can do stay in the country legally, which involves multiple re-entries per year. It's a time consuming and overall costly process.
