Thank you for the support this week to my mother Theresa and our dog Joey. A few people suggested we make this to accept donations. The vet bill to save Joey‘s life is approaching $20,000. For those of you following Joey, Joey had an intestinal tear, bowel rupture, peritonitis, and surgery & treatment to repair same. He stayed in the ICU for almost a week. He was given a 50-50 chance of survival. He is almost ready to be discharged home. Joey is the bestest boy ever. Any funds will go directly to his veterinary care. Please only donate if you have extra to spare this holiday season and you were looking for a good cause to contribute to. We do not want Joey‘s surgery to impact anybody’s pocketbook negatively. Theresa is putting it on a credit card and will pay it off as she can. Any funds collected will go directly to this and if for some reason there is something left over she will donate it right back to animal causes.
