Hi, my name is Jazmin, and I’m a single mom of two wonderful children—my 12-year-old and my 2-year-old. We recently relocated from Washington, DC to Virginia Beach in search of a safer and more stable environment for our family. While we’ve found a perfect place to call home, I am currently facing a significant financial hurdle.

The landlord is asking for a double security deposit totaling $3,600, which I simply don’t have at this moment. Moving to a new area has been a huge step for us, and this deposit is the final piece of the puzzle.
