Horizons creates and sustains person-centered opportunities for people who have developmental disabilities and other special needs where they live, learn, work and play. Founded in 1979 and today supporting over 1600 children and adults each year with 200 year-round and 180 seasonal staff, Horizons provides Educational Support Services, Supported Living, and Supported Employment and Options along with our flagship Summer Camp and Weekends in the Country programs. Our mission-based focus is unique.
