Honoring Jonathan Waldron. Funds for Liza's Future.
Donation protected
On October 24th, our family received devastating news that Jonathan had passed away, just several weeks after moving to the Republic of Georgia to teach English in a British school and to be with his family. Jonathan was a cherished son, father, brother, husband, uncle, friend, and coworker. Anyone that knew him, loved him, and enjoyed conversations with him related to books, travel, languages, music, history and many other topics. Above all, he loved and adored his six-year old daughter, Liza. For the last six years, Jonathan was the sole provider for Liza. His life was focused on providing the resources needed for a child with autism that included pediatric specialists, a special needs school, and therapies.
Jonathan’s passing leaves a significant void in all of our hearts, but we can ease the financial burden for his family and carry forward his legacy of love and dedication through his daughter. As we try to come to terms with this profound loss, we are focused on supporting Jonathan’s family as this would have been his final earthly wish. We are starting a fundraising campaign to help ensure that Liza has the resources she needs to thrive in the future. Every contribution will help his family as they navigate the challenges of losing a parent and having a child with autism. The fundraiser will provide stability and opportunities that Jonathan, as her father, dreamed of for her.
We are grateful for your kindness, generosity, and compassion. Your support is a testament to the love and respect that Jonathan inspired in those that knew him and loved him.
Jonathan’s wife, Alla currently lives in the Republic of Georgia. Since the Republic of Georgia is not supported by Go Fund Me, the funds raised will be deposited in a family account in the United States and will be transferred to Alla.
