I am fundraising for building materials and expenses for construction of 2 homes for people in need in Nosara, Costa Rica. I was a last minute addition to this trip as another volunteer had to drop out. We leave for Costa Rica on June 21st. The annual trip is in memory of the son of a close friend of mine, Soren Wysockey-Johnson, who built houses on an earlier trip before he passed in April 2020. I will be joining Mercy Homes, along with a team of Soren's family and friends.

Mercy Homes Ministry is an organization committed to empowering families by providing them with safe and secure housing, thereby improving their quality of life. With over 220 homes built to date, including 10 through Soren's family and friends.

The two homes cost a total of $18,000 and provides a life changing impact to the families that will receive them.
