Help us fight for custody

Hi friends and family, for those who don't know me my name is Tatiana. I am starting this fundraiser for my husband, Nickolas, who is fighting for custody of his daughter Naomi.

Naomi's childhood has been difficult to say the least, she has been in the middle of this custody battle for 9 years. Naomi previously lived with her mom however, it was not a safe enviornment for her. Since first grade Naomi was not allowed to attend school regularly affecting her ability to maintain passing grades and socialize with her peers. Naomi was also alienated and kept away from seeing my husband and I for months at a time. This has severely affected her mental health.

There have been several cases brought against the other parent regarding neglect, physical, and mental abuse towards Naomi. My husband has been going to court to fight for primary custody of Naomi. It has been a long and grueling journey for us as a family.

Recently, Naomi made the decision to live with us full time. Since living with us, her mental health has improved, she is attending school regularly, and is on her way to making Honor Roll for the first time. Unfortunately, since then my husband has been summoned to appear in court by the other parent to take away his custody of Naomi. Because of this prolonged custody battle we have exhausted our finances and savings. We hope to raise any donations to help our family. Your donations will help us retain an attorney so we can continue to fight for custody of Naomi. We kindly ask for those to share our story to help us fight for Naomi.
