Hi, my name is Charlie Pannell and I have decided to do my Eagle Project for my local elementary school, Chatsworth Elementary. I’m raising money to build 5 activity stations at the school: monkey bars, rope wall and balance beam course, sit up stations, pull up bars, and a set of climbing ropes. I’m doing this project to benefit the health and levels of activity for students at the school, as well as building it in memory of Heidi Hammond. Mrs. Hammond was a 1st grade teacher at the school before she sadly passed away due to Covid-19 a couple of years ago. I hope to honor her and benefit her previous students with a playground that they can not only enjoy, but stay active with.
