The Petersham Friday Market provides a community gathering place, to supply healthy local food and crafts and healthcare information; and hosts a regular music program for the residents of our town and the region. Our mission is to provide a gathering place that can preserve and strengthen community connections, provide locally grown produce and other edibles, reduce senior isolation and enhance traditional small town values.

We provide 20 weeks of fresh local food, crafts and live music. The music is our largest annual expense as we pay market rates for bands. Second is our local support for disadvantaged families. We provide "no questions asked" coupons to help people buy edibles.
