Hi Everyone,
On the night of Saturday, June 15, Shawn was walking home from the bus stop and was hit by a car. The car fled-leaving his family with very little answers of how this tragedy happened or who did it.
Shawn is currently in critical condition at Mercy San Juan Trauma ICU. He slipped into a Coma due to blood clots in his legs that traveled to his brain.
His family is having to take time off work to be at the hospital in the event Shawn wakes up. We are staying optimistic, once Shawn wakes up the money will go towards paying for rehab facilities, therapy, and Shawn’s parents lost wages. No parent should have to worry about the basics of life while their child is fighting for their life! The long lasting financial effects this will have on his family will be life changing.
