Donate to help support Darrell after his quadruple bypass

Hi, my name is Jacinda and I am raising funds to support my dad, Darrell.

On January 13th Darrell experienced severe chest pain and was rushed to the hospital. There they found that he had had a massive heart attack. It turned out to be due to all 4 arteries being between 95% and 99% clogged. Darrell underwent a Quadruple Bypass in the PA Hospital Brisbane.

Darrell spent just over 2 weeks in the hospital and is now home, facing a long road of recovery with extensive medications and rehabilitation. The doctors believe this is largely due to genetic factors and a medication he was taking for hip pain (waiting on a hip replacement).

This unexpected medical emergency has put a strain on Darrell & Jarrelle, both emotionally and financially. Darrell started a new job in August last year so only has 3 weeks leave and has been advised he will be off work for at least 3 months. We are humbly asking for your support to help Darrell and Jarrelle with everyday living expenses and to keep their roof over their heads. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference and help them navigate this difficult journey.
