Help support and honor Jack Patrick

We are all devastated by our Papa, Jack’s diagnosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer and his rapid decline in health. We were not prepared for the high cost of his care, my grandmother missing work, and the costs for after he passes. He unfortunately doesn’t have any life insurance to help out with the costs after he passes.

We want to be able to take some stress and worries off of our grandmother regarding her missing work to care for our grandfather, and the future costs of his cremation and funeral.

We want to be able to give our Papa the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes when the time comes.
