My name is Kian Davis, and I have been aspiring to become an Eagle Scout. For my Eagle Scout project, I have decided to build rolling work carts that will be used to carry tools for a local community service organization, Renewing Homes of Greater Augusta (RHGA). RHGA is dedicated to improving the homes of individuals who are financially struggling and often living in conditions that are difficult and unsafe. This project is important to me because I have personally experienced having very little, and I want to help others who are in similar situations. I believe that improving someone’s home can ease a significant burden and give them a better opportunity to move forward. The materials for each rolling work cart cost over $110, making this project fairly expensive. Because of this, even a small donation would be greatly appreciated.
