Donate to help Mean Street Ministry find a permanent home

Founded in 2002, Mean Street Ministry is a nonprofit, multi-denominational Christian outreach that aims to bring transformation in the lives of the broken through outreach and building relationships.

We offer a Cafe that serves hot meals, a Food Bank twice each week, showers twice each week, and Street Outreach where volunteers hand out food and resources to the motels along East and West Colfax. We also provide resources such as jackets, blankets, backpacks, and toiletries, as well as haircuts, counseling, and resource navigation.

Unfortunately, we have suddenly found ourselves without a home in 2025 at the loss of our current building lease. We are in need of a future space that can allow us to continue to provide services to the homeless and low-income individuals and families in our Lakewood community without interruption.

We have a small operating budget, a small staff of three part-time and three full-time people, and rely heavily on volunteers to get the job done each week. We need your help to be able to purchase our own space so that we can continue to serve our homeless and low-income community.
