Hi, my name is Razia and this summer I was invited to attend a multicultural experience at the whaling village of Utqiagvik "Barrow" Alaska through my church, Kings chapel Antioch in Antioch Ca. The trip will take place from July 20th-27th 2023.

Utqiagvik formerly known as Barrow is the largest city of the North Slope Borough in Alaska. Located North of the Arctic Circle, it is one of the northernmost villages in the world and the northernmost in the United States.

Utqiagvik has been home to the Inupiat, an indigenous Inuit ethnic group, for more than 1,500 years.

While there we will have the opportunity to connect with local churches, minister to the locals, host a revival gathering as well as learn hand on about the Inupiat natives and their culture rich community. This is a significant opportunity to not only preach the gospel to build the kingdom but also, familiarize ourselves with a culture that few have the opportunity to be a part of.

My fundraising goal is $3,000 which includes travel, room and board and food expenses.
