Hello I’m Melissa and I’m Lesa’s daughter. As you know from my TikTok “Callmemelissuhhh” that she is mentally like a child with schizophrenia. She has a hard life. And has it hard daily. But still is the kindest woman ever! And for her birthday July 22nd it would be my dream to take her to the ocean one last time! She hasn’t got anywhere besides the zoo which was once, in 25 years. ( I’m Starting early as I know how hard it can be, to get help.) The ocean is four hours away. There are things most don’t know. Is my moms family once she was diagnosed which was her early 20’s, they barely cared or even talked to her. Even in desperate times. Except my grandma, her mom. And she use to take her to the coast for her birthday. The last time was when I was very little. 25 years ago. And my grandma passed away 12 years ago. I’m on disability myself and make 800$ a month and don’t get paid to caregive for her. So finically, I don’t have it.

 

If you have been following us from the beginning, a year and a half, you would know that she has really declined since then. And I know this is the last year this could ever happen. So I’m praying that it can.  

 

What the money would be spent on: Car rental for a safe way back and forth as my car has issues and I don’t trust it. Motel. Food. And her dog to be able to come. And gas. And maybe something nice for her as a present. She could always use clothes, as she keeps losing weight. Or makes messes and stains them. And underwear for the same issues. And as I’m on disability myself I really don’t ever have extra, it’s usually the opposite. Usually barely getting by. 

I want to thank you for spending your time to even read this. Every dollar is appreciated more then you even know. I want more then anything to be able to give her this.
