Help CADSA/ACDAS provide food, clean water, and sanitation, and build a Community Support Hub in Carrefour, Haiti.

Hi everyone,

I’m raising funds to support Community Alliance for Development and Social Assistance (CADSA), a cooperative NGO founded by dedicated community leaders in Carrefour, Port-au-Prince, Haiti. They’ve already been doing incredible work on a small scale, but the orphanage is growing in numbers and they don't have the bare minimum of food, clean water, and sanitation. The local feeding programs are across town, over what is gang/soldier conflict areas and they cannot get access to it. Likewise, basic healthcare is unavailable. These kids are in dire condition. Malnourished, and without the barest of necessities. Please consider helping with a small donation, so we can provide the basics and build some momentum and evidence of the program, so we can eventually secure some institutional funding, because things as they are, are not sustainable. These kids need your help.

Why CADSA Matters

Haiti is facing immense challenges—worsening gang violence, economic instability, and declining international aid. Vulnerable children are particularly at risk, with limited access to education, food, and safe spaces.

CADSA goal is to provide:

✅ Education & mentoring – Teaching children valuable skills, including English, and vocational training.

✅ Food security – Running a feeding program for children in need.

✅ A safe space – Keeping children off the streets and offering opportunities for a better future.

The Immediate Goal: Making CADSA Official

Right now, CADSA operates informally, but without official registration, they cannot apply for institutional funding from larger organisations, and they struggle to receive imports of donations, and operate officially in the Haitian banking system. This is the crucial next step to ensure long-term sustainability. But right now, we lack food and clothing.
