It is with a very heavy heart to announce that our beloved friend, Josh Lauckhardt, has passed away at the young age of 47. Josh was a devoted husband, and a father of 2 beautiful girls. A 17 year old that will be graduating this year, and a 15 year old that will be turning 16 this month. His death came unexpectedly and it is devastating to all those that knew and loved him.

Josh, a Steamfitter with Local 638 by trade, was not just a beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend; he was a beacon of light in our lives. His infectious humor and genuine care for others touched everyone he met.

Josh was the type of person that had your back and would always be there if he was needed.

Whether it was through his prowess on the whiffle ball field, his finesse in pickleball, or his playful yet competitive spirit in any backyard game, Josh brought joy and laughter wherever he went.

Josh was also a gifted storyteller, joke teller, impressionist, and master of the perfect GIF. His stories never failed to have us all keeled over in laughter, and his GIFs always seemed to capture the perfect situation. He had a way of bringing people together with his wit and charm, making even the dullest moments feel lively and fun.

Because of his early passing we have humbly put together this GoFundMe to assist with the financial burden that his family now faces, upcoming services, and whatever his family needs to help get them through this trying time.
