My name is Jasmine Bishop. My wife and I have been homeless and are currently inside the NYC shelter trying to get help. The picture above is when a lady called the cops on me for sleeping in my car this was after my house was condemned. It's been a crazy road. We have been on a path to housing but we really do need help getting to interviews, washing our clothes, and food. We don't need much, but if everyone can please donate $1, that would help immensely. We already feel defeated having to ask, but we don't know what else to do. We have been trying to start over, and when I thought I was because a family member offered somewhere to stay, the family member gave me bedbugs, which left us with no clothes and being fired from our places of work.
