Donate to help host events for adults with autism

Hi, my name is Conahleigh Clarke and I have created this gofundme to not only raise funds for social gatherings for young adults with autism but also to raise awareness and knowledge for those who seek help in services that do not exist.

I have searched the internet aimlessly to enrol my two autistic nephews in social gatherings that are acceptable for their age and needs, but to my dismay each avenue has been exhausted. I have also discovered there are no services provided to ensure the correct, safe and factual advice regarding the more intimate aspects of life. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE.

Along with the gofundme I am currently setting up a public Facebook page to provide documents I have sent to our officials, including parliament. This may fall on silent ears, however this is something I am passionate to change. I am hoping through the Facebook page a trusting community can be built, where advice can be exchanged between adults with autism and their families. In the hopes of flourishing everlasting friendships.

The funds that hopefully will be raised will contribute towards hosting regular age appropriate events, such as; club like atmospheres, professional advice services and genuine support.

This is something close to my heart and I feel the vulnerable are being over looked, after a certain age. Any help would be appreciated.
