Meu filho Fábio Sena Fernandes de 19 anos foi pego pelo ICE no dia 19 de Maio mesmo sendo uma pessoa inocente ,sem carta de deportação ou qualquer mandato . Infelizmente  o levaram como “colateral “ ( hora e local errado)  .   O Fábio é um menino  muito alegre, amoroso, trabalhador, familiar e cristão. Ele foi pego de surpresa quando estava indo trabalhar logo pela manhã por volta das das 7:00 am , na esquina da rua da nossa casa, ele tinha sido o primeiro a sair para trabalha. Foi parado por carros da imigração e depois disso não tivemos notícias dele por mais de quatro horas. Quando ele ligou, disse que bloquearam seu caminho com carros comuns que eram do ice pediram a drive dele e o levaram.

Entramos em contato com um advogado e vimos que o valor da fiança pode ser muito alto. Por isso, decidimos criar este GoFundMe para ajudar com os custos . Meu filho tem 19 anos mas é um meninão , ele está assustado , sozinho e nós estamos com o coração apertado.

My 19-year-old son Fábio Sena Fernandes was caught by ICE on May 19 even though he was an innocent person, without a deportation letter or any warrant. Unfortunately, they took it as a "collateral" (wrong time and place). Fábio is a very cheerful, loving, hardworking, familiar and Christian boy. He was taken by surprise when he was going to work first thing in the morning around 7:00 am, on the street corner of our house, he had been the first to leave for work. He was stopped by immigration cars and after that we didn't hear from him for more than four hours. When he called, he said that they blocked his way with ordinary cars that were from ice, they asked for his drive and took him. We contacted a lawyer and saw that the amount of the bail can be very high. That's why we decided to create this GoFundMe to help with the costs. My son is 19 years old but he is a big boy, he is scared, alone and we are heartbroken. All good-hearted help will be welcome. We thank everyone who can help us and may God repay 100 times more !!
