Hi I'm Aiden. In January 2026, I'll be taking part in a 10k in Glasgow for EK Dementia Carers.

East Kilbride & District Dementia Carers Group is a volunteer organisation who provide high-quality personalised care for people with dementia since 1990, as well as offering support to the carers of those with dementia.
