On Monday February 26,2024 Jim Phillip and Diana Knapp's home on concession 12, Ramara, was completely destroyed by a fire that started in the chimney and soon engulfed the entire house. Thankfully both were physically unharmed, though Jim managed to escape with only a t-shirt, his coat, and his underwear. Their home was unfortunately not insured, leaving them both homeless. Jim is a retired senior on a fixed income.
