Donate to Hagar's Hope: Transform Lives Today

As we continue to operate Hagar’s Hope, we are in need of some community support! Hagar’s Hope is a home for women that provides safe, transitional housing here in Henry County. We assist participants in finding employment, education, life skills, and community resources that make their transition to self-supported living more sustainable and successful.

Our program operates by charging residents a monthly rent that increases as they progress through. In order to provide support to those just starting out, we often offer a scholarship to cover their first month of rent while the women seek employment. This is extremely meaningful, as it reduces their stress in an already difficult situation and allows the women to focus on healing and getting settled. As we continue to move new women into the house, this fund is diminishing, which is where your help comes in!

Currently, our monthly expenses are higher than the money we are bringing in. Any amount of donations, no matter how small, will contribute to keeping the program attainable for our target population. We deeply care about the success of these women as well as the positive impact that this has on our community as a whole.
