Donate to End Karen's Homelessness

Hi, I'm Tyler Day. I live in Duluth, MN. I'm desperately trying to help my mom Karen, who is 63 years old and homeless, move into the Skyridge Senior Flats that recently opened.

She has been homeless since January of 2023, staying at the Damiano Center Safebay program at night during the warmer months, and the warming shelter during the winter. She just received her Section 8 and can move into the Skyridge Senior Flats as soon as she can pay the $800 security deposit. She has applied for emergency assistance, but everything takes forever, and it's not guaranteed the county has enough funding to help.

I have seen her mental health decline these past 2 years, and I don't know how much longer she can hold on. I don't have enough funds to pay my rent and the security deposit. I really would like to see her have a safe roof over her head, and your donation would greatly help. Thank you to all and God bless
