The Durham Community values our togetherness; there’s nothing more important than fostering our relationships to keep our community strong. The Durham Parade & Picnic provides our community the opportunity to come together once a year to remember old friendships, foster new acquaintances, and make connections. This day is one of a kind in our community. The 108th Annual Durham Parade and Picnic will be held on May 10, 2025, in downtown Durham and moves to the Durham Community Park. In the evening, we cap the day with a home run derby followed by a professional fireworks show.

The theme for this year’s parade is: “Small Town, Big Dreams.”

This free event is coordinated and run by a volunteer committee and without the generosity of important partners, like you, it cannot happen. Will you consider donating to the event?

The generosity of our community throughout the years has allowed us to maintain the tradition of this annual event for over 100 years, and with your continued support, we hope to extend it through the next 100 years.
