We are friends and family of David Lahamendu. David is currently being detained at an ICE detention center and needs our help to raise funding for his legal counsel fees.

This fund will be used to further the effort to release him from the detention center.

As we stand today, David’s lawyer has informed him and us that there is a possibility of a release request because his “removal order” may have reached its statute. That, combined with the possibility of a bonded release request, has a high probability for a winnable case.

A father of two, a friends of many, anyone who knows him would attest his positive attributes. As we can only imagine, 9 months in the detention center has exhausted a lot of his personal resources.

Therefore, we are kindly asking you to consider helping us in raising funds for David’s legal fees.
