My name is Dwayne Arthur Jones, and I am a non-elected member of iCitizen Congress, a collective group of American Natives, immigrants (American citizens), and aliens who advocate for the impeachment of “law and policy” prior to the removal of U.S. representatives and senators from their offices of trust.

As the founder of CMACFAR | iCitizen Congress, I am raising funds for the American people to litigate the U.S. Constitution before the United States Supreme Court on the basis that “the supreme law of the land” is unconstitutional. We seek to challenge the Constitution’s authorization of “domestic institutions” of slavery in America, which, tragically, has evolved into human sex trafficking of adults and children of all races and cultural backgrounds. This has occurred because Congress has failed to amend and ratify harmful legislation, doctrines, and other rules, practices, and procedures.

The funds raised will be used to employ personnel for CMACFAR | iCitizen Congress to organize, reimbursed, promote, market, and develop the CMACFAR movement, to hire and retain attorneys for legal counsel and services, and to ensure that CMACFAR | iCitizen Congress has the manpower, resources, and justiciability to effectively defend the American people against unjust laws, policies, and actions by the United States government.

The goal of this GoFundMe campaign is to hire, employ, and retain non-elected staff members (employees), third-party vendors, CMACFAR officials, consulting partners, and nonprofit organizations, groups, and agencies. These groups will ultimately benefit as a collective organization of peoples, persons, and citizens working together without profit to support the constitutional rights, freedoms, and liberties of "We the People." We seek to ensure that minorities, women, and working-class citizens are fully represented by elected leaders who are sworn under oath to fulfill the constitutional duties and functions of federal and state governments.

Our mission includes advocating for constitutional conventions to make “three-fifths other persons” whole by express language and to legally determine, through judicial processes facilitated under the judicial branch, whether the United States government is responsible for prior debts, obligations, and claims “against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation” (Article VI, Section I and the XIV Amendment).
