Hi, my name is Cindy. I am a regular person, mom, girl. I do struggle from time to time and unfortunately now is that time. I have the everyday life: make lunches, get to work, daycare, school, attend activities, and while emotionally I am the strongest, financially I just never seem to be able to afford even the littlest luxuries that would benefit my family. I love my job. I love the people I work with. I am a single mom with two grown kids that are out of the house and two smaller kids that I am starting over with. I’ve been at my job for a few years now and I’m happy to go to work every day, which is rare.

So that being said, my goal is a house. I have been prequalified for a certain amount, but closing costs stop me from being able to afford that dream. It is a HUD home and oh my God, this would benefit OUR lives to the full extent. I do believe in our Lord Jesus Christ, and I do find this quite challenging, giving me anxiety and almost embarrassing because I don’t have the extended or close family to ask for help, whether it be financially or picking up my kids from school so I can catch extra hours at work. The parents that you helped have turned into grandparents and provide just that old school deep thought life knowledge and pass that onto your kids, their grandkids. I’ve longed so long for that type of support and love.

So here I am asking the world to help me gain a positive, flourishing, successful future. I’ve tried for years and years to save, but every time I get a decent amount saved, something happens and I have to use those funds. While I’m thankful that my savings are available, it’s the circle that I just keep driving around in.
