Donate to Bronx Burners RC Scholarship Fund

Friends and Fam! I'm both honored and thrilled to announce that I'm running in the 2024 New York City Marathon as part of the Bronx Burners RC Charity Team!

The Bronx Burners Run Club is a registered New York nonprofit that supports local Bronx youth athletes in a multitude of capacities! More specifically, through our Scholarship and Inclusivity fund, we provide financial support for academic pursuits, guidance to navigate the educational system, as well as resources and equipment. Beyond the scholarship and at the core of our mission, is building strong character in all of our student athletes. Through our mentorship program, we guide and challenge our student athletes to be the best versions of themselves on and off the track. Our weekly practices right outside of Yankee Stadium at Macombs Dam park, serve as a foundation for this growth and development (and most importantly fun!). In the Bronx Burners community, initiatives and activities are designed for all backgrounds and running paces to help members achieve their goals, train with others, challenge themselves, foster connections, and open doors to opportunities that may otherwise be inaccessible.

Your donation to The Bronx Burners Scholarship Fund goes directly to our student athletes. To date, we have been able to provide scholarships for college education, summer running camps, and other sports-focused activities for our athletes.

This cause is especially meaningful to me. As a kid, I grew up playing nearly every sport, attending summer camps, and coaching in the Special Olympics. I'm grateful for these experiences as they've taught me the importance of community, relationships, and opportunity. They've inspired me to give back and help create similar opportunities for Bronx youth athletes that may otherwise be inaccessible.

Running with these kids right in the backyard of Yankee Stadium on Wednesday nights has been an incredible experience. The countless smiles, high fives, and genuine joy have been truly inspiring! Your support directly contributes to bringing smiles to our kids' faces.
