gm ☀️ , my name is Blue, and I’m reaching out for support during a major transition in my life.

I was born with sacral agenesis, a rare and permanent bone disease that affects the development of the lower spine and legs. Despite the challenges, I’ve lived boldly — traveling the world, creating vibrant abstract art, and speaking as a motivational artist to inspire others.

Last November, my life changed again after surviving a traumatic boating accident where seven of us were ejected. The accident left me with even greater physical and mental challenges, making it harder to travel, work, and maintain my independence. I’ve gone from full body braces to a wheelchair then a walker after that fore arm crutches and now full time in a wheelchair & medical device after my boating accident. I can’t stand on my right foot without the physical pain so I result to healing longer for the fracture to fully heal.

Over the past year, I have been fighting to find a solution on my own. I’ve searched for disability and crypto grants, signed up for vocational rehabilitation programs, consulted my physical medicine doctors, and explored every resource possible. But even with all of these efforts, my back is still up against the wall. I simply cannot access what I need fast enough, and the gap is too great without community support.

Today, my mobility relies heavily on specialized medical devices. Unfortunately, the risk of traveling without my own accessible transportation has caused major setbacks. Earlier this year, Silver Airways damaged my wheelchair, and previously, Viva Air broke my medical scooter — two life-changing tools I fought hard to afford. Both airlines denied full coverage of the damages, leaving me with ongoing financial and physical burdens.

Without a safe, personal wheelchair-accessible vehicle with hand controls, I can’t travel confidently without risking more damage to my vital equipment. Each broken device means more months of waiting, battling insurance claims, physical pain, and interruptions to my healing journey. I’ve include screenshots of what vehicle and controls work best for my mobility + stature, along with an Amazon wish list to modify the vehicle to be at my height and other specs. Please send a DM to access my Amazon wish list if you prefer to offer other ways to contribute towards accessibility for all. ♿️

I’m asking for help to raise funds for a wheelchair-accessible van. Having my own secure transportation would allow me to safely attend my art activations, motivational speaking events, medical appointments, and continue spreading light through my work without fear.
