Billy Pressley is a 44 year old man you may recognize from Brothers Tire. He is currently fighting against stage 4 colon cancer that has metastasized to his liver. He has been out of work since January 2025 and his wife, Carla Pressley since 2002 due to her own health. They share 3 special needs children together and need all the help they can get!
