Support Amah's Critical Care and Recovery

Following a major seizure, my beloved grandma whom I fondly called Amah, 88 years old was admitted to the ICU. Despite a history of seizures and past recoveries, her condition has rapidly deteriorated. Her seizures stem from brain swelling (vasogenic edema) caused by a meningioma, a slow-growing tumor originating in the meninges—the membranes protecting the brain and spinal cord.
Over the last two weeks, she's become progressively weaker, developing respiratory problems, including ventilator-associated pneumonia, which urgently required a tracheostomy.

Since then, Amah has remained in critical care, and each passing day brings more medical challenges — along with rising hospital bills that are becoming increasingly overwhelming for our family.

We've done our best to be strong and by her side, but now we have to face the reality of having to bear the financial burden of her prolonged stay in the intensive care unit in addition to seeing someone we love fight for her life.

My grandma has always been the source of warmth and familiarity. She needs us now more than ever, and we respectfully ask for your assistance.

We appreciate your support, prayers, and kindness.
