We are excited to share the story of Alisha Woods, an inspiring senior at Glennallen High School, who has been presented with an incredible opportunity: a senior trip to Paris & London in 2025!

Alisha is an exemplary student with a 3.5 GPA and a proud member of her High School’s Honor Society where she is called upon to assist the Dean with selection of scholarship recipients. Her dedication to learning is truly remarkable; she has self-taught herself to speak Japanese, French, Korean and ASL. In school, she continues to excel in her French & Spanish classes.

Beyond academics, Alisha works part-time to support herself and her family, displaying commendable responsibility and work ethic. Her creativity shines through her handmade crochet money bags and purses, which she sells to fund her education and personal endeavors.

This trip to Paris represents more than just a travel opportunity—it is a chance for Alisha to immerse herself in the language and culture she has worked so hard to understand, and to reward herself for her relentless hard work and dedication.

However, making this dream a reality requires financial support. We are reaching out to our community to help raise $8,000 to cover the costs of travel, accommodation, and activities in Paris & London.
