Donate to Aid Ombao Polpog Flood Victims #TyphoonKristine24
Donation protected
Hello, we are Brandon Paro and Carina Paro we are raising funds to help carinas hometown in the Philippines. here is a summary of what has occurred. Our relationship with the people affected are aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends in the community.
These past few days, October 21-24, 2024, the Bicol Region in the Philippines, specifically my hometown Ombao Polpog, Bula, has experienced non-stop rain that has caused a devastating flood due to Typhoon Kristine. Until now, my hometown is still underwater. Ombao Polpog is the catch basin for all other neighboring towns, so when the water subsides from the upper area (like Palsong, Nabua, Buhi), the water all flows into Ombao, and it will take a few days to subside. A lot of people are stranded without food, water, or shelter. Families who were greatly impacted are trying their hardest to regain their footprint after losing most of their belongings.
Ombao Polpog may be a small town, but it is filled with a community spirit, love, and compassion.
For my birthday this month (October 31), would you be so kind in helping me raise a financial donation of any amount to give them food and provide them some of their basic needs?
Thank you in advance for your generous contribution. Please know that no amount is too small to give.
