I said I would never start a GoFundMe, but since the mother of my child has multiple GoFundMe campaigns and it doesn’t seem to be an issue with the court, I decided to start one.

I am several thousand dollars in debt due to the actions of my child’s mother. In January, she got in some really deep trouble, and CPS got involved. This has been a year-long ordeal. CPS advised me to get primary custody, but when I went to court, the judge denied it. I filed for an appeal, and our case has been pushed back six times. At this point, I’m about to have to drop the case. Her mother has proven time and again that she will not follow court orders. She also refuses to get a steady job. She has been in trouble multiple times, and yet the court does not seem to want to give me primary custody due to the fact that she can’t live without my child support.

Already, the mother does not pay for anything and refuses to cooperate in any way when it comes to financials. Also, my daughter is type one diabetic, and her mother refuses to cooperate with me even on her medical concerns. I feel horrible for asking for donations, but without help, I can no longer move forward with this court case.
