Hello, I'm Keleigh Zajaczkowski, Adam's sister, and we are raising money to help Adam with some much-needed upgrades around his trailer. After a life-altering motorcycle accident in 1997, Adam became a quadriplegic and has faced immense challenges with a smile on his face and an unwavering spirit.
In 1997, a motorcycle accident (at no fault of his own) changed Adam's life forever. He suffered a severed spinal cord at C4 and C5, resulting in paralysis from the chest down. At just around 21 years old, Adam spent countless months in the hospital and underwent extensive rehabilitation at McGee Rehab in Philadelphia.
Despite the immense challenges of living with quadriplegia for nearly 30 years, Adam has maintained an incredibly positive attitude. He faces each day with resilience and determination, inspiring everyone around him. He has built a life for himself and continues to strive to live independently.
Adam lives off disability, which barely covers the basic necessities. The financial strain of medical bills, specialized equipment, and daily living expenses is considerable. His current living situation is in an aging trailer. Due to his limited income, maintaining and upgrading this trailer has become increasingly difficult.
Please consider donating to support Adam. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in Adam's life. Your generosity will help provide him with a more secure and comfortable home.
By contributing, you're not just donating money; you're investing in Adam's well-being and empowering him to live his life to the fullest. Thank you for your kindness and support.
